It was close to the bay, a nice room with good service. Pricey for the service. I will say... Been there, saw it, wouldn't pay that much again. Saw other places that were just as nice

Nice walk from cruise pier, also close to Mile 0 of Trans-Canada highway. At lower level there are superb historic photos tracing the roots of this hotel. Really is a grand one.Too late for high tea. Next time.

We did not stay at the hotel itself, but took a brief look around. The family was blown away with the elegance and history of the place. The staff was also very helpful when trying to find attractions around the city.

EVERYTHING was just superb. The service was grand and the tea and desserts were excellent. It was a beautiful old establishment with many of its original designs. Outside of the entrance were interesting shops such as jewelry and other accessories. The decor for the total area was quite exquisite.

If you come to Victoria, it is a must. This beautiful old Grand Dame has history in every hallway. The High Tea is one of the worlds best, now you know what to do in Victoria.
