Experienced a fantastic time on this tour. We ended up spending 20 minutes watching the resident pod of killer whales swimming (there are over 80 whales in this pod) around in sleeping mode, with the mountains as a backdrop. Beautiful and spectacular! We also were lucky enough to see some shy porposies, two humpback whales (also in sleeping mode), a bald eagle, and lots of sealiones. I took lots of photos! Our tourguide was called Rush, and he was entertaining, interested, and provided good information. It was cold out there on the ocean, even though it was a warm day in Victoria, so don;t be afraid to bring hat and jumper (they provide you with a warm jumpsuit too).
