It had been years since I'd been to Brio and I almost forgot how good it is! We went there for a birthday and it was wonderful. Food was very good, atmosphere is inviting and our server Amber made our night! Definitely wont wait years to go back again.

Had dinner at Cafe Brio two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our visit this time was almost as good as the last time. The reason for the “almost”is because the lamb didn’t taste like lamb at all. It was very neutral without that distinctive taste of lamb that I love. Everything else was very good, however.

We returned to Café Brio this year following a very romantic meal last year. We were not disappointed. We were seated at a table out on the porch, which is like an arboretum, surrounded by greenery. The service was impeccable; we had all of our needs met without the waitress hovering. There was a group of 15 young women attending a bachelorette party near our table; however we did not notice any difference in service despite the large party nearby.
The food was exceptional. I had the Heirloom Tomatoe Salad, served with several types of tomatoes, and the 1/2 order Spaghettini with fresh tomatoes, also excellent. The 1/2 order was plenty of food, particularly with an appetizer. My husband had the Mixed Greens with a very nice mustard vinagrette, roast Vension Loin (very tender and amazingly tasty) and the Vanella Bean Creme Brulee, a delicious ramiken-sized treat to finish the meal.
Would definitely return. Recommend the porch for a wonderful romantic evening.

We chose to go to Café Brio on our recent visit to Victoria. The ambience was great, the sharing meal for the 2 of us was delectable and was almost more than we could eat. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Do not hesitate to recommend.

This wonderful restaurant never disappoints, Greg and Silvia have created a gem, a mainstay of the city. It is one of our very favourite places to dine....
