I would agree with the other reviewers who say that this is not up to the usual Westin standard. Customer service is particularly poor. Generally, the staff are not as courteous and helpful as at other Westins. There was a wait for the hotel room with no communication as to when the room would be ready. Requests to book restaurants through the concierge didn't get booked or communicated to us. Staff probably work here for a ski season and then leave, hence lack of experience in customer service.
Outrageous charges for storing your skis at the rental shop from which we hired (which is part of the hotel). There is no alternative store and you can't take them to your room.
The room for us was small but fairly smart. Bathroom is tiny and could do with an update.
The location is fantastic which makes up for a lot.More
