At the Pinnacle for the Whistler film festival, we had an impeccably clean suite with luxuriously comfortable beds and soft linens, fabulous new (doorless) shower design, sparkling jacussi and soaring ceilings, with a lovely view of massive evergreens, twinkling lights and the mountain. The Pinnacle renovated is the best of both worlds: Old world charm and every modern convenience.
But two other factors really made our Pinnacle stay a perfect choice for the five days we were at Whistler:
First: the location was ideal, absolutely central to everything (theatres, restaurants, ski lifts, groceries, museums, shopping.)
And finally, the staff were just terrific, anytime of the day or night there were one or two on the front desk, always cheerful and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant and accomodating. Great atmosphere everywhere at the Pinnacle, starting with the welcoming fireplace in the foyer.More
