Lovely restaurant in the Four Seasons - we got a table near the beautiful modern fireplace which was great.
Great food and service at Sidecut. The BC oysters were lovely and fresh and served beautifully. The chef de rang who had served us all night carved our 52oz Porterhouse at the table perfectly - he was charming and highly skilled.
This is an expensive restaurant but it was worth it for a real treat after a long day of snowboarding.
