An unforgettable experience and I would strongly recommend this winter activity at Whistler.

Our guides were so friendly and helpful, always happy to stop the sled to help us take photos. You can ask to stand behind the sled with your guide and it's such an exhilarating experience! You'll take about two seconds to get your balance but then it's amazing!

What I like best is how well the dogs are treated there. They're well-fed and well-rested, and all the staff are dog lovers so all the dogs get plenty of love. You also get to give your pack of dogs a treat at the end of the ride to thank them.

We took the 11am tour which is supposed to be good since the dogs have had a chance to warm up from the first tour at 9.30am.

Disappointing tour from start to finish. Before we even got there we were perplexed because our tour time was rescheduled by three hours the night before. We had booked months in advance! Unprofessional. We did the Wilderness Adventure Tour and were, unfortunately, stuck with a slow couple we didn't know who were at the front of the line. They didn't go over 20km/hr the entire time, and we were stuck behind them. The tour operator didn't do anything about it or seem to care that we weren't happy. It was boring and certainly not like it was described on the website! A snack was offered - we didn't get it. I spoke to someone after the tour and was snapped at and treated rudely. I followed up with a letter and received an extremely rude and poorly written letter in return. This company takes advantage of tourist dollars. Take your business elsewhere!
