Disappointing tour from start to finish. Before we even got there we were perplexed because our tour time was rescheduled by three hours the night before. We had booked months in advance! Unprofessional. We did the Wilderness Adventure Tour and were, unfortunately, stuck with a slow couple we didn't know who were at the front of the line. They didn't go over 20km/hr the entire time, and we were stuck behind them. The tour operator didn't do anything about it or seem to care that we weren't happy. It was boring and certainly not like it was described on the website! A snack was offered - we didn't get it. I spoke to someone after the tour and was snapped at and treated rudely. I followed up with a letter and received an extremely rude and poorly written letter in return. This company takes advantage of tourist dollars. Take your business elsewhere!
