Friendly and knowledgeable guides; comfortable Land Rover Discovery. We saw 4 bears at 3 locations. A real thrill. Good value for money. May is a good month for bear spotting. Do your research because some months the chances are much lower.

Just returned from a tour with Jordan and trainee guide Tim, both were extremely friendly very pleasant and with good knowledge on the Whistler Black Bears. We were extremely lucky to witness several sightings of the Bears. However I was quite shocked to read the negative comments on here and the requests for monies to be refunded, unfortunately the Bears arent on the pay roll! It’s always a bonus to see any wildlife but never a guarantee!!

We were out on the 4pm tour with Alan.
Alan is a great guide, who kindly shared his wealth of knowledge with us.

We enjoyed the very comfortable drive, through forest, and mountain areas, that we would not have discovered on our own.

The bear we spotted, was enjoying a late afternoon snack, on foraged bear treats from the forest floor, and kindly allowed us to view him, from only a short distance.

Went on a 2 hour sightseeing trip for $119. Was told bears were on the trip and the hit rate thus far was 100% . I asked a very specific question "have they seen bears on every trip so far this season?" and the response was "yes".

Went out, didn't see a single bear. Instead went to see a waterfall. I've been on other sight seeing tours (whales, sea lions, safari, etc), and this was the worst. Wouldn't go again.
