I booked (and paid) for 3 nights this summer. The hotel never answered to any email/phone call.
We did go to the hotel itself but did paid 250€. But the hotel never answered to any emails/phone call. We had to cancel and lost 250€.
Pass your way, the service for this hotel is not existing.

This is a lovely lodge. Located next to the Creekside gondola. Dustys Bar, a popular locals hangout with great bar food and music is directly behind the hotel. There is a ski locker storage room at the back of the lodge opening out to the central meeting area next to the gondola. A lift ticket office is attached to the lodge. Whistler kids snow school is directly across the square.
The condos are rustic with gas fireplace and comfortable beds. There is a heated pool and two hot tubs.
If you haven’t been to Whistler before you need to know that Creekside is a separate location. The lodge is located in Creekside Whistler. The Creekside development is approximately 3 miles from the main village. There is NO free shuttle taking you back and forth between the two. You can reach the two areas skiing on the mountain but otherwise expect to pay $2.50 per person each ride, each way.

The hotel itself is charming and the staff friendly on arrival. Having flown in from the UK on a 10 hour flight we just wanted to get to our room and sleep, this is where the rose tinted glasses came off. As soon as we walked into the bedroom of 412 we were confronted with a loud humming noise coming from next door, which according to the floor plans should be a room, but its actually a plant room which gives off a constant buzz. At night sound travels, even if you close the bathroom door you can still here the noise. After a busy day on the slopes all you want to do is to be able to sleep peacefully and not have this constant buzz. Reported it straight to reception only to be told that they've never had complaints about that room!!!!and that they will get maintenance to have a look. They are fully booked and cannot move us. Spent a fortune on ski holiday and can't sleep

Be warned that it you have guests sleeping on the pullout bed bring extra blankets. No duvet provided, 1 thin blanket and 1 pillow is all you get. Can't turn the heating up beyond a certain temperature. They did give us an extra blankets, well done

Hot tub lovely temperature but swimming pool could be warming

Room tip: Do not stay in room 412, next door to noisy equipment room

We had a great 4 days of skiing at this classy condo style hotel. Ski area ticket office is in the building and it is about 50
yards from the hotel to the Gondola which will access the entire mountain.
We had a 1 bedroom with full kitchen, balcony, fireplace and bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a heated pool workout room, 2 community hot tubs outside and free video rentals.
It is also very peaceful in the Creekside Village, beautiful views and less commotion than the main Village

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It had lots of space for the 5 of us. Clean, nice furniture, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, oven & stove top. With 2 hot spas and a heated pool it made our stay really enjoyable.

We enjoyed staying in the Creekside area, with a nice little village. Some of the shops closed a little too early, but the market had good opening times. If you can ski / snowboard the gondola is right beside the hotel and is perfect to access the mountains. If you can't ski and need lessons it means making your way into the village until your ready to make your way around the mountain. We were there at Christmas time and taxi and bus access to village was always really easy.

We loved Whistler and would definitely stay at Legends if we ever return.

Off season rates are very attractive.

Ski passes are heavily discounted in early part of the season.

Snow cover on the mountains can be an issue.

Great line up of restaurants and food shopping choices.
