Service was impeccable. atmosphere is refined.
Food was presented well; generally delicate, refined, and less than intense flavors.
e.g. had pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto. tenderloin was indeed extremely tender but prosciutto slice was so thin, really couldn't taste it. (IMHO, wrapping in pancetta would have been more flavorful).
as "the best restaurant in Whistler", could find better value elsewhere.
