The average wait time for a take-out order at 4 Seasons must be well over an hour - and it's worth every minute because this place is phenomenal. (Lucky for you, they have a really good online ordering system so you can place your order well in advance!)
Many of the Chinese food staples (Chop Suey, Chow Mein, Black Bean & Garlic Shrimp etc) are all here but they're just so much better than most other restaurants. And anything with 'San Goo' in the title seems to be extra delicious. (I don't know what 'San Goo' means, but assume it translates to 'Southdale Gem'.)
The real show stoppers are in the Polynesian Food section though. If you want to have your take-out taste buds blown away, go straight for the Beef Mokuaweoweo (i recommend 2 orders of this one, because it's that good) and Polynesian Fried Rice. Nothing like either of these items at any other Chinese food place, and after you've had them you'll probably never bother going anywhere else either.
If i could give 4 Seasons more than 5 stars, I would.
