I've stayed at this hotel many times before. The suite is great for families because it has two queen beds plus a sofa bed. If you have small children and you need a bath tub, ask for an accessible suite, if one is available. The non-accessible rooms have a shower and no tub.

I wanted to focus this review on changes you can expect due to COVID. When you book online, the confirmation email you will receive will state that masks are required in common areas. This is not true. None of the front desk staff were wearing masks and most of the guests were not wearing masks in the common areas.

Hot breakfast is not available. Instead, you are given a bag which contains a piece of fruit (apple or banana), a yogurt, and a muffin or breakfast bar. You don't get to choose what is in the bag so you may get something you don't like. There is also a cooler with juice, which is oddly self-serve given nothing else is. If you want coffee or tea, you need to ask to have one poured and you need to tell them what you want in it.

You need to book a time if you want to use the pool. Times are booked in 40 minute blocks and you can only book once per room per day. It is first come first serve so you may not get a time if it is busy.

The hotel is doing the best it can under the circumstances. The above is not meant to be a criticism of how the hotel is handling the situation, just an FYI on what changes to expect.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and they never disappoint. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed my son to check in before I had arrived. We sat outside on the patio and watched the sunset. Breakfast was included as usually but in this time of Covid they had our breakfast packed in a paper bag. It was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Moncton.

We stayed at this hotel in late December and had a great experience! The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was a decent size and very clean. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the eggs were cold and the layout wasn't great and created long lineups. The pool area was great and the kids had a lot of fun on the slide.

Overall, we had a great experience and will return again!

Stayed here in early December as part of a group at a ringette tournament. Great location and a very well appointed hotel. The lobby area is very inviting and staff are well trained and pleasant. The breakfast offered with the room is very well done with lots of choices and room for all. The rooms are well appointed ,clean and comfortable. There are two elevators and a very nice pool and water slide. The only issue we encountered was avoidable noise all night. We could hear music all night and assumed someone had left a TV on . We should have reported it but choose not to until early morning. When my daughter approached the desk about the noise it was determined that they were the source. Our room was directly above the front desk one the second floor and the noise was a radio playing too loud over their sound system all night. I am sure this was not the first time they were made aware of this issue. A simple policy saying that the system must be shutdown after 11:00 would manage this issue. In total it was a very enjoyable stay except for the noise issue. The room cost was $180 plus tax .

Room tip: Don’t stay above the lobby, it is not well insulated for noise.
