My husband and I had dinner there and it certainly lives up to its reputation ! A small intimate restaurant with comfy booths or few tables also in the room.
Our service was perfect. All the wait staff could not do enough for us to make our dining experience very special.. we both ordered steaks which were cooked to perfection. They do have table side preparation on many of their meals and all came out delicious. We ordered a banana’s flambé for dessert and it was just fabulous . A great night out!

The upscale restaurant in our hotel, this met or exceeded expectations. The food selection and quality were very good. The service was attentive and knowledgable. The nautical ambience was attractive.

Food is amazing, but expect it to cost you. It is one of, if not the only, five diamond restaurant in Moncton. Frederick, the maitre'd is very accommodating. Nice atmosphere, especially if it is not busy. the service is impeccable.

Windjammer offers a level of service rarely seen anymore, even at some of of the top restaurants in the U.S. The coordination and smooth delivery of food, along with top notch plating presentation tells you that you're eating in a special place. We both had the lobster, out of shell, which was perfectly cooked. The decor is charming, giving the feel of being inside a wooden sailing ship. We had a wonderful evening.

Extensive wine list. Amuse bouche crab pate was okay. Bread basket was disappointing. Good table side tartar, mediocre scallop appetizer, excellent table side Caesar salad which was the best Caesar salad we've ever had, palate cleanser cranberry granita was too sweet, very good cod well cooked with spinach and asparagus which were a touch too salty, excellent steak (possibly the best) with great crust and flavour and very good side garlic spinach, great table side banana flambe with toasted almonds. Table side service by Frederico made the night special and memorable. Ambiance was very nice, intimate, interesting maritime artifacts, gas lamps, etc. Old school in the best way.
