Faith was a great hostess. The House, Bed & Breakfast were great. Good location for us to stay and drive over to see Whales at Blair Island which Faith got us a spot on one of the boats on very short notice. She pointed us in all the right directions. Made us feel at home.

Dear LTBrown

You may want to review the name of the B & B you stayed at since it was not with us - we are sure Faith would love to see your very kind comments

We recently stayed here on our tour of Nova Scotia. Although the rooms are clean, they are very dated. Yes you get "free" breakfast, but you are paying for it as a room is $150+ with taxes, and the breakfast was not that good anyways. Nice quiet setting, but again, overpriced. Lady at the front desk was less than welcoming too:(

Dear Overpriced

We are disappointed that we disappointed you. Our rates are set to allow us to have a viable business - we try as best we can and in some cases we fail

After departing the ferry from Saint John NB, we drove about an hour to find Annapolis Royal Inn.
Check in was smooth, we didn't have reservations. It's a good thing we got here when we did because it filled up quickly.
While checking in we could see hummingbirds all around. Beautiful setting.
We could have easily walked to town within 20 min, but because it was later and a little foggy and as there is no sidewalk along this busier road, we decided to drive. It took only three minutes to drive. Parking was plentiful.
Here you will find a nice little boardwalk, several coffee shops and restaurants and little stores.
Our room is a large, but a little dated. Beds are a bit hard, pillows soft. Bathroom is dated as well but pretty clean. Bathtub faucet dripped all night, so we simply kept the door closed. Towels were nice and soft. There is a microwave, mini fridge and hair dryer.
It was a quiet night which was what we needed after a long drive.
Breakfast was wonderful! Clean and lots to choose from. Fresh fruits, cereals, toast, eggs & waffles. We loved how they kept this area so neat and tidy with so many people coming and going. Great job!

Dear ShoppingBound

Thank you for taking the time to post such an informative comment. We are scheduled to upgrade a further 5 rooms over the coming few months which will mean over half our 30 rooms have been totally upgraded.

Spent two nights here with my grandchildren and daughter-in- law, accommodations very clean, our room was not one that has been updated but none the less very comfortable. Loved having fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. We all loved the continental breakfast which even included fresh fruit, yogurt and fresh waffles! We also enjoyed the salt water pool which we had all to ourselves the fist day. Very close to Annapolis Royal and Upper Clements Park. Took in the Market on Wednesday morning downtown. Loved our visit, we'll be back!

I stayed here with family on Aug 23 and 24 and it was a great experience! Breakfast was free and offered a lot of variety. The kids and us adults really enjoyed the pool as well. Beautiful property and friendly staff! Great place for families and close to the little town! Would highly recommend.
