Our scrumptious menu includes fish and chips, lobster, pasta, steaks, and seafood. Our patio has been voted #1 in halifax for the last 11 years for best patio. Our pub club was so good for so long that they retired the club category and we are forever the best club in town. Voted best wings, best caesar, best brunch and best service at different times over the last few years. Our legendary brunch is available Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. Hope to see you at the Stache.

We stopped in for a cup of chowder. The staff was friendly and efficient. We just ordered chowder and sweet tea. I couldn’t believe we could get sweet tea while we were out of the south. The sweet tea also had lemon already added. The chowder was delicious and filled with seafood. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the chowder.

After mounting the grand staircase you are ushered past the bar to table and booth seating . The menu is typically bar scene but very flavourful . Our group enjoyed four different meal choices and were treated to an excellent lunch experience . The food arrived all at the same time which always makes the experience positive as no one is sitting waiting while others are eating . The local wine (I always try either the beer or wine when out ) was a nice pairing to the fish chowder and beef dip .

This is an attractive and lively restaurant with a decent menu . Fun decor, enthusiastic servers and prices that won't break the bank.

We chose this place for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Brunch was served untill 3. Nice atmosphere with good selection of craft beer. We had the quinoa salad and eggs benedict and everything was great.
The place offers several sections along with an outdoor patio overlooking Spring Garden rd.

Definitely worth stopping here.

And good food. The Friday special of surf and turf was very good and the house brewed Irish Red beer was good too. Only complaint is that the music was too loud. We had a hard time carrying on a conversation
