The site we stayed at was nice and spacious (non-electric) - there's a lot of space between the sites, didn't even see our neighbours (only those across road from us) to our left/right. The beach was PACKED! We went around 3:30PM and literally only stayed for 10-15 minutes because it was overcrowded and nowhere to sit on the beach itself. We went back the next day and this time early in the morning. The beach is ok, very rocky but the kids don't mind. I think because it's close to Toronto that it's one of the alternatives for city folk to head to when they want to go to the beach so GO EARLY! We were lucky that our site was right across the 'flushable' toilets and the washroom was clean. I think that if you're at an electrical site then you're more bound to be surrounded by the young folk that are loud and obnoxious.

NO barbeque facilities open fire pit danger for toddlers and children. We asked parks to rectify but they could do nothing said that the grill was stolen and nothing they could do. Thankfully we had a little portable barbeque.
Park permitted campers in after 10.30pm into radio free area - on arrival these young adults played rap music very loud and got louder when asked to stop. Consummed copious amounts of alcohol, we eventualy got to sleep around 3.00am when they settled down.
Thankfully the campers beside us got their drunkedness over with during the day however they left the toilets covered in vomit which remained there until the next day. We watched these young adults spit the rest of there vomit out on the lawn beside us where our children were playing. Our 15 year old noticed earlier on in the day that this camp ground was a jaunt for older teenagers and young adults and knew instinctively that we should not be there. We booked for two nights, only stayed one night as the campers opposite had more people arrive to stay for the second night. We decided to leave rather then suffer through another chaotic night. When we advised park staff they shrugged their shoulders and said that there was nothing they could do even though we gave the campsite numbers of the culprits, although I would imagine that Sibbald was had many campers sunch as these ruining it for families. We reported the incident in the middle of the night to a single member of staff on duty that night. You may notice that park staff in general are little more than children. No mature staff were available for comment. BEACH was fine. My shower was dirty with peas rice and carrot on the floor with whatever else. I cleaned it before my toddler and I showered. I would certainly not advise this park for families it is too close to the city easy access for the likes of the culprits who just was an escape to party. Good for day trip for the family, take your own picnic as the park store is expensive. We will NOT be camping their again. WHAT A PITY, could be so good as so close to city.

We arrived at Sibbald Point around 8pm Friday Sept 2nd to pitch darkness. Thank goodness for headlights or the tents would not have gone up. There were so many crab apples on our site we were slipping on them setting up, and by the next morning were swarming with wasps. I didnt like that you had to search for the power outlet in the bushes and had to walk a fair walk to get water. But the beach was great water clean and nice and nice park and volleyball net etc on the beach. Washroom facilities could have been maintained a little better but all in all was pretty good.
