Wow!! Were we impressed, a very quick and informative tour. Our tour guide was Claire - she was very knowledgable.
This is an easy tour for almost everyone (the cave would not be suitable for wheelchairs or strollers). But if you can walk a few stairs. Check it out.
Just go as you are and bring a camera.
No need for gloves or lights. Pets are not permitted on grounds.
Thank you to the owners/operators for letting the public explore the hidden treasure.
It was fun for the whole family, on a hot day the caves were so chill it was very unique! Have told many and hope to return in 2017
It was an incredible experience. Quiet small and didn't take long for the tour, but really interesting nonetheless. For plus size people like myself, I was unable to squeeze through one of the site caverns. Really chilly too once you go underground d, so you may need a sweater or a jacket! Awesome experience!
Neat little spot to stop. The caves are cool in the hot summer. The tour was interesting and well done - you get a chance to wiggle into a rock tunnel and check out graffiti over 100 years old.
I was super impressed how friendly this couple was that own it!!! They were almost closing when we showed up and and they still tools us through the caves! I was really impressed that something so beautiful existed do close to me and I hadn't be there to see it! We will definitely go back!!
wonderful welcoming, resourceful person, wonderful experience, hidden treasure in Tyendinaga. Relaxing time, lots of space in the caves high roof, items for sale, great place for a picnic after. This would be great for a school trip, reasonable priced.
