Good burger and fries. Fries could been a little crispier.. ordered a side of their house dipping sauce which was very good but at 2.50 a little overpriced for the small container.

Wow, at long last we have experienced the delight of the Works!
The restaurant is well located on the Main Street of Downtown Guelph.
It is extremely well run, well laid out, and beautifully maintained.
The decor is very interesting, the service excellent, and the food absolutely top notch!
Burger choice is phenomenal, be sure to try the Onion Ring Tower, and the milkshakes... they’re amazing.
Regular burger size is huge, lunch size is more normal.....share if you aren’t famished!
We will definitely give this spot an A+++ and will definitely be back!

Always good food at this location. I went to one in downtown Toronto and they gave me the absolute worst experience I have had at any Works, so it was refreshing to go to this one! Very good and unique meals.

After an event went for earlyish dinner. Good thing we did as lineup formed just after we were seated. First time there, so many burger options. Had a Brie burger and a Hipster. Both were fantastic. Bacon relish especially good. Fries like chipwagon chips, delicious. An overall great experience, good waitress, fast in and out, prices pretty fair, food was pretty memorable.

Treating kids that attended a school trip like second class citizens. Hi there. I’m so disappointed with how the girls were treated at The Works this Friday when they went for lunch. Two classmates asked for a children’s menu and the waitress was reluctant to give them one and when she did she said they could only order the grill cheese. Very rude. Another students burger was so rare she couldn’t even eat it. One of the girls was buying all the girls milk shakes, the 6 kids dropped $100 bucks of the there hard earned baby sitting money for lunch and were totally mistreated. I even did a google review. FYI my daughter was puking all night after eating the burger below. "Young lady waitress, short, dark hark hair with glasses"
