My poor rating is with regard to the ridiculous price hike on admission.
From $2 to $5 a person is both greedy, unreasonable and will deter my attending this market greatly.
Nothing new is being offered so I do not understand this move, surely the public are what drives this place and if I were a vendor I'd be considering alternatives.

Aberfoyle Antique Market is our favourite one day outing in southern Ontario.
Fantastic bargains in every category of antiques.
For all your reading pleasure be sure to search out Dave’s Books.....if you’re looking for books to take to the cottage Dave has hundreds of pocket books....if you’re trying to encourage a child to read good books Dave’s your go to....

Aberfoyle Antique Market is the easiest place to spend a day pickup some great buys and not come home broke...
Come early and grab breakfast or stay awhile and grab lunch...either way you won’t be disappointed....By the way the grounds are PET friendly...
See you there...Let’s support this fantastic local venue.

Spent a beautiful Sunday antique hunting with girlfriends. Vendors were very pleasant and helpful. Lots of treasures for every sort of interest and wallet size. Was expecting high prices but surprisingly was not the case. Snacks & beverages on site and plenty of parking. Will definitely go back but with my truck next time!

Market was nice although costs 8.00 per person to enter which I found pretty steep. Most markets are free or 1.00 per car. It was nothing more special than the others so I am not sure why they charge so much to get in

This is my 6th visit to this market since 2018 when I first visited it. After several visits I now learn how to navigate the different stores and where to find the real bargains.

I found out that the cheapest vendors(provided you know how to haggle prices) are those who are outside the stalls and who bring their goods on their trucks and cars. These vendors dont have permanent stalls in the market so they can bring the prices down.

I was able to get a vintage table for $8 which I was able to bargain down to this price. It takes several visits to get to know the going rates of items sold here.

Remember to try to get a bargain by asking for the best price the seller is willing to give you
