Nice accommodations in a pretty neighborhood. Easy parking and nice breakfast. Liked being away from hustle and bustle of downtown yet just a 6 min drive to everything! Queen size bed is a little snug for two but for the price it's a-ok.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and we were impressed with that but everything about it was pretty average. The bed was sort of uncomfortable (stiff) but doable. The staff all seemed pretty friendly. the walls were pretty thin and we heard what was occurring in the halls. But it was a good hotel for the price and it was tucked away in a beautiful quiet spot.

This is a beautifully repurposed facility of Queen's University, away from downtown, but only a 5 minute drive to town centre. Situated in the middle of a quiet, beautifully treed property. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable. Great bed linens, average bathroom amenities, and free internet. Where this facility excels: a fantastic included buffet breakfast, and numerous quiet areas to wander in-house with reading rooms, and a central interior courtyard. Better prices than downtown, and free parking.

Room tip: Rooms on the north side face absolutely gorgeous private yards of adjacent properties!

The location is very good: only 1 km from the Queen's campus, and walking distance to the lake, too. The food is excellent, and the rooms very comfortable. The staff is very helpful indeed. Two minor points: 1) the shampoo etc. are rather middling in quality; 2) the towels: thin, small, and not replaced even when left in the tub.

Hotel is quite a ways from Queens University
Breakfast is supurb, beds are comfortable. Only complaint was that you can turn of the fan in the bathroom. Staff are friendly.
No machines for pop or any access to food if you check in late.
