Nice local place to bring the kids. Not too far from downtown if you're a visitor. Water features and play area. Just watch all the joggers on the common path getting to and from the Gardens.

Each year we visit Storybook Gardens and it is a real shame to see how far off the path they have fallen from the once magical little park I remember as a kid. The interaction with the animals was always a hit with the children, being a city boy I didn't experience that too much. Now to hear that all the animals are being relocated is very sad and I really believe the park has no future.

We used to llive across from Springbank Park, London where this attraction is. It used to have a great play area for children, a petting zoo and something of a small wildlife zoo. My wife and I often went and fed the deer, donkeys and some other animals. Most of the zoo has been closed now for several years and now the few 'wild' animals left are being moved to other zoos. A few domestic type animals are all that's left. It's OK but not what it used to be so really consider the price of admission before going.

a nice park and climbing area for kids, a very nice splash pad, the farm animals are fun for a bit too as well as the seals and otters but really, I can go to Gibbons Park (downtown London, 10-15 minutes away) for free and get the same thing other then no animals (but there are geese and ducks at the river which is a two minute walk from the park and splash pad)
