Once again, based on price, we chose to stay at Knights Inn before our flight out of London the next morning.

Some of the rooms have been re-decorated and I think we got one this time. It was nicer than our last stay. There was a bar fridge and a microwave, but surprisingly no hair dryer or coffee maker. The religious art work on the walls was a strange choice. This room smelled better than the last one we stayed at.

The staff at the front desk are never overly friendly - they just do their job.

The only downside was the room directly across from us and the couple out smoking their ?crack pipe by their door !!

We booked this hotel for the first time because it was $100 / night cheaper than the previous airport hotel we had stayed at.

The room was okay - clean, but with a weird smell in the bathroom that I narrowed down to the overbleached towels and the soap. There was only warm/hot water coming out of the faucet in the sink. The office was closed the next morning when we checked out for our early flight, so we couldn't let them know.

It was very quiet which was great for getting to bed early for a 3 a.m. wake-up call.

This is a budget hotel that is fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay for longer.

Start to finish very disappointed. We had a King size bed. Bathroom was freezing, had a baseboard heater with no way to turn on. Called front desk and was given a heater. Then had shower and no hairdryer, got one from front desk. Then no outlets in bathroom to plug anything in! No tissues, no coffee maker as advertised. We were told they had many University students that stole things so they don't leave anything in the rooms. We are Senior Citizens which Front Desk could tell when we checked in, they could have explained their problems and offered us supplies right away. The room was Very old, 60's vintage with bright pink bathroom decor. Very clean though. Sparse electrical was on the exterior of the walls. BX wiring if you are familiar. A breakfast was offered in small area within a couple feet of the Check in Desk and next to the Front Door with freezing temperatures. We are Wyndham members and although we are aware a Knights Inn is not the top of the line, this definitely is not up to Wyndham standards!!! We had booked for 3 nights to visit our son and family close by for the holidays and we stayed 1 night and checked out.

Room Tip: Might be a good one night stop over or better in warmer temperatures. We were there when it was -20c

We stayed at this motel for 3 nights and we were lucky enough to get a room with a beautiful mural on the wall. Our room was spacious and very clean with everything that we needed in it. Great wi-fi and a comfortable bed meant that we had a very enjoyable few days here as a base for exploring the surrounding area. There were many places to eat within walking distance. There was not a wide variety of choice for breakfast but it was perfectly sufficient. We would happily stay here again.

Thank you and appreciate your feedback. We have about 7 rooms with Murals on the wall. They were all hand painted and appreciated by customer many times. This is to give different feeling to customers. Our continental breakfast contains Fruit, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Juice, Cereals, Bred and Bagel, this is to keep people good start for the day.

We are glad to hear that your stay was enjoyable and you used most of amenities.You comments are valuable to us and this will help us in reviewing our offering as our offerings are based on customer's feedback.

Very clean Motel, located conveniently from all amenities, restaurants and shopping. Stayed there with my family and we fully enjoyed our stay! The staff is very helpful and friendly, we would be back for sure!!! Thank you lots for having us! Irina
