Average at best. Common area is nice. Ran out of shampoo day I visited, went to front desk and they had no more to offer. Handle fell off shower nozzle, was able to fix myself. Ordered a breakfast sandwich at bistro. Asked for them to put on whole wheat toast instead of English muffin on menu. They said that was not possible. However, I stay at minimum 20 different Courtyards a year, all with the same menu, and they all can do it. They couldn’t bother doing it at this hotel. Overall I am a Marriott Platinum member and was not impressed.

This hotel wants the business of sports teams to reserve floorsand and rooms yet has no idea how to cope with the parents that would like to enjoy themselves.
Their idea of handling this is to ask them to leave the lobby at 12:30 and shuffle all these parents from a number of teams to their rooms. This will only cause problems with the other patrons on the floors.
Why not let the parents enjoy themselves in the lobby.

They shouldn't be booking teams.

Only real complaint is that the room had a musty smell, like you were at an indoor swimming pool. Otherwise, the room was clean and satisfactory. Located right off the highway which was a plus. Front desk staff were friendly.

Stayed here for one night recently. The property is right off the 401, but for some reason our GPS was confused and didn't think we could get to the hotel directly from the Wellington Rd. exit, taking us up to the next exit then bringing us back instead. Later we came back from downtown on Wellington, and it wanted us to basically do the same thing - very strange, but don't be fooled if your GPS wants to you do the same thing, the hotel is indeed easily accessed from either direction.

Anyway, the property is very nice, clean, and up-to-date. Based on our elite status with Marriott, we were given a free upgrade from a regular king room to a two-room king suite which gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax after a 8 hour drive. We also got a top floor room which eliminates any noise from upstairs guests - in fact, our room was very quiet.

Checkin and checkout were both fast and courteous. Overall, a trouble-free and enjoyable stay.

The night was relaxed the matress were perfect i slep very good the service was nice and the breakfast was good The place is clean and respectfull i enjoyed my night there
I recommend that hotel travelling there
