We were skeptical about this hotel - seemed dated from the pictures. Decided to give it a try due to great location right off the highway and the hotels we preferred to stay at were about twice the rate. We were surprise to find how beautiful this hotel was. It must be recently renovated. Hallways were clean, bright and well lit. The room we were in was beautiful. Clean, bright, updated. We stayed at many hotels, especially in London (mostly in the downtown core) and was quite impressed with this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Yes, it is located further from the downtown core where we preferred to be, but the rate was much much lower and no cost for parking. Only comment we had would be they seemed to not have enough staff. We waited about 30 mins for at the Front Desk because the only agent working had to step out to assist another guests. Another 45 mins wait for housekeeping to delivery extra towel to the room. But the staff did their best and provided us with the best customer service under the circumstances.

I don't review chain hotels unless one I stay in is an outlier. But I'd never stayed in a
Staybridge Suites and this one blew me away. The most comfortable bed I'd ever slept in (and trust me, I've slept around). Free food on Mondays through Wednesdays. I didn't actually have any, but are there 2 sweeter words in the English language than "free food"? Suffice it to say, Staybridge Suites is a best in class hotel.

We stayed in this hotel on our road trip from New England to the Rockies, and were so surprised by the value. We have two teens and the suite with separate bedrooms is perfect for our family. We love the combination of King bed plus two double beds. We stayed here in London again on our way back east. We would have stayed at Staybridge the entire vacation had they been available!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are awesome and staff at the front desk was very welcoming. Even though there were some issues with the reservation, he was able to clear up all the issues and take care of us. For sure I will be coming back again

After multiple flight delays and countless sour faces, courtesy of Air Canada, walking into the Staybridge helped us breathe a sigh of relief. We were greeted with familiarity and warmth by an enthusiastic hospitality professional that arranged our stays despite minor hiccups. The rooms are well-maintained and exceed the conditions of other brands such as Sheraton and Ramada within similar price-ranges. During our stay, the hotel offered decent breakfast and supper, and the front desk always had fresh cookies to slightly curb your appetite. Friendly, welcoming staff, and small quaint touches help give this hotel the allure of a warm, small-town bed-and-breakfast while maintaining the quality expected from a large establishment.
