We stayed here as part of a world trip in room 1257 ,large spacious room very comfy and clean fresh with a lovely fire feature also suitable for people with special needs. Car parking available. Great location for the falls ,resturant bars .idea for families as plenty to see and do in the day /evening .Concierge available coffee shop in the hotel and store which sells most of anything you might need."meal deals "available for buffet at nite .
Breakfast buffet good selection omolette staition ect.
Small common seating area.
This is a lovely hotel and very comfy the view is stunning as you get to see the falls at sun rise and sun set ,there are lovely gardens below the hotel although you have to cross the road to get to it .The Wegobus stops next to hotel connection you with all the main attraction not within walking distance i.e. butterfly park .My only disappoint with hotel that you have to pay for WiFi although there is a few benefits with the package on offer for to obtain WiFi a hotel this size with there high standards should be able to offer this to their guests for free .Good nite sleep with nice friendly staff .

Came in on the 12th and stayed till the 14th for a wedding. We paid a good amout but the room very old inside. Sheet had holes in the,I asked if they could change them but it never happened. If it wasn't for a family wedding being there we woukd have left.

Booked deluxe , king , falls view room. Got 2 doubles instead , told hotel fully booked and cannot give us a king room. 80’s 3-star room at best. Also carpet thread bear and bad smell of cat urine as you walk in the room.
Hotel is a joke.

Excellent location especially if you get a falls view room. Really big room. Very comfortable beds. Lovely place to stay ideally located to make best of visit to Niagara Falls. Amenities fantastic highly recommend

Views of the falls from the hotel were great - we were on the third floor with views of the "American Falls"; it was amazing to wake up to that view.
The Hotel staff were probably the most friendly and helpful I've encountered in a hotel. They really seemed to care and it didn't come across as fake.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality - plus you get the full view of the falls while eating breakfast on the high floor. They even have a little balcony on the restaurant level so you can step outside to take in the view and take many pictures!
