Purchased a online coupon to visit this hotel in early November 2012 and stayed there in late November (weekday booking only) and it included a Keg voucher, a Dave and Busters Game play pass and a winery tour (did not use this... not enough time). What we found when we arrived... Parking - horribly located across the street though AMPLE parking was available right in front of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was not helpful in explaining where the parking was location so we lapped the area a few times until we saw some other guests carrying their bags across the street. IHop and Starbucks in the lobby - convenient for a bite to eat in the morning but Ihop is very costly for a substandard breakfast... only plus Butter Pecan syrup! Frost desk staff - not the most helpful or cheerful people. Arriving late after a long drive in the rain and traffic, we were really hoping for some smiling faces to greet us ... none were found. A little construction - this is a "new" hotel so a few things in the lobby and mainstreet entrance were still under construction... not a big deal as there was no noise when we arrived and...Well, the title says it all. What we found when we arrived...

A little construction - this is a "new" hotel so a few things in the lobby and mainstreet entrance were still under construction... not a big deal as there was no noise when we arrived and we didn't stay in the hotel during the day to hear if there was any during that time.

Rooms - fairly big, clean and with the cliche tub... made our stay comfortable. It didn't feel like there were many people staying that night, so it was also quiet. One issue with our room... there is a big and bright CASINO sign facing the hotel and no "dark" curtains to be found. Definitely a recommendation for the hotel to add those to each of their rooms. We were out late and left pretty early in the morning, so this didn't bother us.

Overall, a good stay with a cozy bed and a cheesy tub... which really if you are in Niagara Falls... its all part of the experience.

I would stay here again if I purchased another voucher... with all the extras to make it worthwhile. Otherwise, I would try another "new" fallsview location.More
