We stayed here on our visit to the Niagara Falls and a couple of things make this hotel stand out: hardwood floors and free parking. If you book a room in the Tower you get a view of the American falls from rooms on higher floors. The room we stayed was clean and nice, except for a couple of issues as the bathroom is dated and a ceiling lamp would make a huge improvement. If room service cleans up all of the occasional spider webs from time to time this place is a gem. The pool is nice, few guests use it so I would definitely recommend it. Also another great perk is the ability to park your car for free the next day on the parking behind the hotel. Just ask in the lobby about it. The location is perfect to walk down to the Falls and to walk over to the Casino across the street.
Arrived at 2:45 to great staff but room wasn't quite ready yet, not that big of deal just letting you know that early check in might not be an option, but they did give me a late check out to make up for it which my two kids and I appreciated. Rooms are clean and a good size, comfortable beds, nice balcony plus another sliding door in our room that opened up to a surprising view. The area was good for us, the falls were a short walk down the hill, a 10 min walk to Clifton Hill and Falview Casino area excitement was right next door. The breakfast was pretty good, only real complaint was with the greenish scrambled eggs but everything else was fine. Free parking was a bonus too.
Great location but thats all, noisy room next to door, no TV for 2+ days jacuzzi was cool not warm no parking one night, bed was not comfortable, Room on 3rd floor no elevator, called staff for problems nothing was fixed

TV was not working because our supplier was working on the wires the day before and knocked out our entire hotel for a couple of days. None of this was in our control.
We adjusted your rate on your billing for the inconvenience of not having the TV working. None of the other items were mentioned upon check-out. Very sorry about the jacuzzi not being to temp. Parking is a challenge when the hotel is full, but we always find a parking spot for everyone. Sorry you did not notify us about this. Beds are really like a glass of wine, depends on your preference, if you will like it or not.
We hope this does not deter you from booking with other Choice Hotels in the future.

This hotel was excellent for my husband and me. It was clean and the room size was good. The free parking and the continental breakfast in the morning was perfect. The proximity to all the sights is exceptional ...we walked everywhere except to the Butterfly Conservatory which was a ways away, but when we came back we had our free parking! Staff was nice as well ...I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Positive was the close proximity to the falls and parking closeby. We had a large, renovated room in the main building looking out on Murray which was fine. However the room already showed signs of age, and worse cleaning was not up to standard. There was dust and dirt in the corners and under the heater in the bathroom, also the carpets in the corridor could have been cleaner. A further minus no fridge, no safe. A standard boring breakfast. It was Ok for one night
