Check in is suppose to be at 3pm, however we had to wait another hour to get our room, having a 3 months old daughter that was very difficult, we basically paid 460 to have our room from 4pm to 11am. Ridiculous!

We appreciate all feedback including areas of opportunity. We are so sorry for the delay you experienced while checking into the hotel. Guestrooms are available for check in any time after 3:30 p.m. We always have rooms available for check in at this time however, if a guest has a special request for a specific room and does not want to take advantage of a different room that is available there may be a small wait for that guestroom. We apologize if this was the situation you encountered upon arrival. Although every effort is made to accommodate all requests, when we are operating at extremely high occupancy levels some delays may occur. This is not a typical scenario and we hope that it does not deter you from visiting us again on a return trip to Niagara Falls.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Falls. All rooms face toward the falls. We were on the 9th floor and unable to see the Falls. Not sure if you could see them from the higher floors.

Our room was not ready when promised and only until I stated I was a Hilton Honors member that they

We had originally booked a room on the 6th floor, but were able to upgrade free of charge to the 14th floor. The view was spectacular! While we could not see the falls themselves, we were able to see the mist from them and the river, along with a good city view including the Skylon Tower. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday and were very pleased with how quiet the room was, although it might be different on a Fri/Sat. My husband travels a lot and was VERY disappointed in the breakfast--continental breakfast includes only cold items (fruit, yogurt) and breads. To get any hot items there is an additional $7 upcharge, something which is free at US Hiltons. The cost of a continental breakfast when not a Hilton Honors diamond member is around US$20. There is a Tim Horton's 2 blocks away, save your money and go there or to the Starbucks downstairs instead. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

Great experience here from the welcome cookies to the terrific room and the friendly staff. We parked the car and walked most everywhere from the hotel. Easy walk over to the Clifton Hill area for all the outrageous kitchy and touristy stuff, and then down the hill to be right at the edge of Niagara Falls. Our room had a wonderful view of the Falls and surrounding area. Awesome housekeeping staff made the room super clean each day. Convenient Starbucks in the lobby.

Many issues; especially because maid never showed up called Many times. When checking out I was asked how my stay was. I said “ehhhh” and she nodded and continued to check me out, not even concerned about us. Would expect more from Hilton
