1 review We stayed at Casa Vidal Niagara for 5 nights recently, and could not have had a better experience. Mark and Monica are wonderful, attentive hosts, with a gorgeous, spacious, home. Our upstairs space was completely redone by Mark himself, a talented custom builder. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a living/TV room complete with comfy leather sofa. So much space at such a reasonable price! Each room was beautifully painted, and fitted with lovely, comfortable furnishings. The roomy master bath has a large shower with whirlpool tub. The sinks in both bathrooms are contemporary and beautiful. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals at ‘home’. Even abundant coffee, half and half, and bottled water are provided, along with pots, pans, utensils, dishware, food storage bags, and parchment paper! The lovely yellow house overlooking the Niagara Gorge is in a great location right on the main road, but is far enough away from the hubbub of downtown to feel peaceful and ‘away from it all.’ Yet it is close enough to walk to the falls and all the downtown attractions, as well as being within easy walking distance to Queen St and the interesting and varied restaurants and pubs in that commercial district. Parking is on-site and free. There is a huge, lovely backyard with outdoor dining and seating available for your stay. You will love this place. Thank you Mark and Monica.
2 reviews The Casa Vidal, as they call this lovely home right on the Niagara River, was a great place to spend a week visiting the area. Mark and Monica's house was perfect for the 6 of us, with plenty of space to eat and relax after touring the attractions. We were impressed with how clean and functional it was! They had all the necessities we needed, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining it in such a nice fashion. What was so convenient was that the We-Go bus has a stop right out in front, as well as being so close to the attractions that we were able to just walk to them. This included the falls, Skylon Tower, and the casinos. The rental price was also very reasonable!
2 reviews The rental was in a fantastic location just a few steps from the WeGo stop and walking distance to major attractions. Mark was an excellent host and communicator. The apartment is located in the rear of the home with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a small kitchen and den/community room area that also has a pull out couch. Everything was fabulously well kept and very clean. My family (which includes my husband and four adult children) had a marvelous stay.
1 review We arrived around 9 pm on Friday night to Mark greeting us in the rain! The house was perfect, and had everything we needed down to the little details. Mark was a very flexible and gracious host and was easily accessible in case we needed anything. If I, or anyone I know, ever plan on vacationing in Niagara Falls again (in a house), Mark will be the first on the list!

I never write reviews, but in this case I need to make an exception. We had a great time staying here, and everything we needed was already here, and spotless! Mark has done a beautiful job of crafting their home into a Home away from Home for their guests. It has an easy access to a private outside entrance, so no worries about disturbing anyone while coming and going. All the basics are in place for a turn-key visit, even coffee and creamer in the fridge!
My wife ran into a little difficulty one evening while I was away, and Mark came to the rescue, and salvaged a tricky situation with compassion, (and some resourcefulness!) He really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Thanks Guys, we had a great time, and will certainly recommend to others!

We had a great time here! Great location that allowed us to walk into downtown and the falls! Would def stay again.

My brothers and sisters and I loved staying at Mark's and Monica's! Their property was in easy walking distance of the Falls, the rental was thoughtfully designed and built by Mark, it was spotless with all the amenities one could wish for. Zappy's was our restaurant of choice....the eggplant lasagne hit a homerun. I particularly enjoyed watching Mark and Monica making wine.......600 bottles each year!!!!
