Kind owner; sweet, lovely and comfortable for living; nice environment and convenient to Niagara Falls. Therefore, we had wonderful time with my friends (four families) from different cities together and happily enjoined the beautiful and amazing light show for Merry Christmas in 2017 and for Happy New Year in 2018.

We would like to come here again in summer.

Mark was a very helpful, kind and generous host. He set up a fire pit for us in his gorgeous back yard where we had a BBQ for 10 people. Exceptional location in Niagara Falls on the river. Very nice accommodations , very comfortable beds with nice modern renovations and beautiful wood floors and period antiques.

This rental felt more like a well-appointed apartment than a vacation rental. It is beautifully modern and very clean. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to make a few meals and reheat leftovers - in addition to the basics there was an ample amount of homey little surprises, like salt and pepper shakers, a variety of teas, and even cinnamon that I added to my coffee in the morning. Speaking of coffee, the owners truly make an effort to make you feel welcome - there was coffee and creamer in the fridge already, as well as cold bottles of water and ice already made. Another little perk that is always a pleasant surprise is the incredible water pressure and hot water in the showers!

Everything listed by the owners about the rental on this site is accurate, so know that you can feel confident that the amenities offered are all available, and then some!

Hi Mark, sorry for the late post. We had an amazing trip, it was my first time booking a house on TripAdvisor. Everything went well, thank you for everything! When we walked into the house it felt just like at home. My parents and I had a great time, it was my parents 25th Anniversary and my brother's birthday. They all loved it, if I go back to the Falls I know where to book a place now. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. It was a great way celebrate and enjoy. Thank you for the wine, it was great! Overall, we enjoyed!

First time booking a house through Tripadvisor. All in all an easy process. House was nice. It was everything we needed it to be. We were four guys on a golf trip. All courses were within 15 minutes of the house. The falls are an easy walk down and back. Because of only being 4 guys the table was plenty big enough, however, if you do book a party of 10 it might get crowded around the dinner table. Nice big bathrooms and rooms. All furnished, towels and linens provided as well. Would stay there again.
