“A right laugh”
Reviewed 30 September 2013

If there's a Hooters then you have to go, it was my Husband birthday weekend so we went there for lunch and a drink, as usual all the girls are extremely pretty, petite with very short shorts, but as for there customer service and knowledge.........very limited, they had to keep coming back to check what we'd ordered, they didn't know what wines they had or how to pronounce them, all in all you were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Food was okay though.

“Worth the waitttttttt?”
Reviewed 11 September 2013

First day in Niagara, we decided to take advantage of Hooters "all you can eat Wings" for around 12 bucks. It was roughly 2:30pm and the place only had a handful of customers (less than a dozen). We were welcomed into the establishment and found a booth and awaited service (about 4 or 5 minutes) - I ordered the wings and without exaggeration, they took over half an hour - one of the waitresses actually came over and apologized for the length of time - the cook was rather new to his job and was slowly getting "caught up"...????? (in an empty restaurant? - what would happen if a busload of customers showed up?). Anyways, I soon was provided with a huge plate of wings (they were excellent!) and the second plate took only about three minutes - we left satisfied (but bemused!...lol)

“Poor excuse for a Hooters”
Reviewed 7 September 2013 via mobile

Went to this hooters expecting great signature wings and service. Took forever to get our food which was upsetting as people seated after us got their food and all we ordered was wings and a burger and two sandwiches. Finally got the wings which were not even remotely "hot" and drowning in oil. While waiting for food we had to find the waitress to get more drinks. After the wings the sandwiches showed up but still no burger. At last the burger showed up with no excuse for being late. One of the steak sandwiches had 2 hairs which we pointed out to the manager Ana who was not really qualified to be a Hooters staff member let alone a manager. She said she would take it off the bill but when the bill came it was still on there. When we told the waitress she said she wasn't aware of what had happened and went to ask Ana who sent her back and said "take $6 off the total" which was a total insult and to add insult to injury the waitress asked us if there really were hairs! Never eating here again and will be contacting Hooters head office about this.

“A great place for wings and view”
Reviewed 4 September 2013

We had a date night, without the kids at the Hooters. They were newly opened not long ago. It's located near Clifton Hill, the touristy area. I was disappointed that they do not have free parking at the restaurant, you have to park at the motel next door. The location is pretty good, and kids gets to eat free with each adult. We had chicken wings, and it was pretty good.
