The cost per car was more than fair. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. the guided tour through the years was very insightful. Only wish was a little more of a play area for the kids to burn some energy. Overall was a great time.

Thank you! --- glad you enjoyed your visit.

Did you see the hay bales? The red tractor? and the indoor family game centre? Also we find that the area is large open... allowing kids to find things to "burn off energy" playing tag, racing each other... building snowmen (if there is snow). etc.

Although located away from the main festival area... there is also the ever popular Children's Farm and Playbarn. This is located next to parking lot C.

When you visit next year - ask a staff member to help you locate these activity areas.

Went hiking in the winter, and it was nice.
There are pavilions where you can sit and rest and have a fire.
Lower parking areas were closed off to cars, probably just for the winter season.
Nice trails along the ravine.

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review your visit to Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Yes, we have 13 km of trails and paths to explore. In the winter some trails become ski trails so please respect the parallel track by staying off of them.

Parking lots D and F are closed during the winter --- Lot C and portions of A are available.

If you bring your dog to the park - there are 2 leash free exercise areas - all other areas of the park dogs need to be leashed (for their protection and that of our wildlife/ nature and other park visitors).

We visited Bronte park for the maple syrup festival and I thought it was brilliant. We had such a good time. We took the tour of maple lane, did a pony ride, played games and had the best kettle corn I’ve ever had!! It’s still going on and I’m considering going again! Thanks for the wonderful day :)

THANK YOU rachele279! So glad to hear that you had a fantastic time! Did you also try the Maple Cotton Candy?? Or the Fresh Maple Taffy? There are so many yummy treats and fun to be had.

We suggest allowing 3 hours to see and do the festival, which is only ON in March. Every weekend in March + the week of March Break.

Thank you for the review and 5 star rating!

You don't have to load up the car like crazy and drive for 5 hours just to go camping. If you were at Bronte Creek Provincial Park you might be close to home, however, you would certainly have everything at your fingertips. If you are traveling through the GTA why pay those huge hotel bills when you can camp for a fraction of the price? Check it out.

Thank you Flexitexi for your review and recommendation of the campground at Bronte Creek Provincial Park. You are right... we are so close - yet it can feel like you are kilometres away! A vacation in the city that feels like the wilderness.

For those reading this and thinking... I have always wanted to camp... but i don't know how. We have the answer - we lead Learn to Camp session in the summer for families, upto 6 people per site. check out the information on our website.

See you this summer!

They hold on an annual basis the British Car exhibition with all the very best of British particularly in the great years of British car manufacturing. They also have a farm available for children and adult education about where our food comes from and it's not Sobey's. Used my many people day and night summer and winter.
