The gelato was to die for. Our daughter told us about this place and treated us when we dropped her off. I had the combo pistacchio and coconut. She had the tiramisu and my husband had the strawberry and caramel. Well worth visiting if you like gelatos.

Delicious and full of flavor gelato. Plenty of flavor to choose from, staff was very nice, prices are fair. Would definitely recommend if you love gelato!

This has been my favourite gelato spot in Ottawa for a while. It's authentic and delicious, it really tastes like the gelato you get in Italy! However the service is hit or miss, it can be very slow especially in the summer. To me it's worth the wait, but it's still frustrating.

The main branch is in Murray Street downtown but it was one in a garden in Hintonburg I visited one weekday afternoon. Even though the weather was distinctly changeable the prospect of a tub of mango sorbet was simply too tempting. And the rain held off!

Bought a cup of gelato for my 4 year old this afternoon. Super over priced. Most of it ended up on the ground because the cups are too small and the ice cream just sits on top. Went inside to ask for a larger cup to transfer his ice cream into so that he could enjoy it. Was told that I had to pay for the extra cup. When I politely refused, stating that a customer shouldn’t have to pay because of their bad design, the employee responded very rudely that if I wasn’t happy, I should go elsewhere. I certainly will and I hope you do too. They really know how to suck the joy out of ice cream.
