We had chosen other accommodation the past two years, after having used Festival Inn for some years previously. While we always appreciated the accommodation, there was no breakfast included. Recently, this policy was changed, and while the breakfast offered is somewhat limited and mediocre, we appreciated the time saved. The hotel is a few minutes out of the town but of good value.

Room Tip: Annex rooms are better appointed than in the older building.

I was in the motel surrounding the main building. Was too cold to use the camping table or terrasse outside. I did not get into the hotel too exceptto check in. Service was great at reception. Room was clean and restroom refresh. Good place to staywith a fridge include but no microwave.

Room Tip: For quiet room, the motel part as no room on top and below and nobody running in front of the door :)

The hotel was very easy to find and very clean. The rooms were large, which was especially helpful for our group - it enabled us to sit and relax together after a day of travelling, shopping and attending a play. I especially liked that the showers had sliding doors, not a curtain that blows in on you. The breakfast was good, and it was a treat to be able to use real china at a buffet breakfast. The only downside is the breakfast area is small, so you often end up waiting in line for a table to clear. That was a difficult situation for our group of 10. It won't deter us from returning!

Room Tip: The back area of the hotel has picnic tables to sit outside and relax. A nice feature in the spring and summer months.

We spent a couple of lovely days in Stratford, and had a wonderful time at the Festival Inn. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a mix of cereals, toast/bagels and hot items (eggs, hash browns, bacon). The inn is near a shopping area, but is about 3km from the downtown core. An excellent experience overall.
