We were surprised by inuit art, very interesting and nice. Lot of bone sculptures. Inuit art is simple and very close to the nature. About 2 hours to visit.

Really beautiful inuit art, some very expensive, some rare. If you like inuit art, you won't want to miss this place because you will see LOTS of beautiful inuit art. Plus, the shop attached to the museum is incredible - literally tons of sculptures to admire (and purchase)!

We went to the museum of Inuit art expecting to spend less than an hour but ended up staying much longer, the art is very interesting and there are many opportunities to learn about the Inuits in canada and the US. The museum contained serveral very large carved whalebones and other stones, as well as paintings and other great works.Everybody who works there is very nice. It was free but great so we left a donation in the designated box.We would definitely go back!
