Our host Alex started our breakfast buffet with a cheery greeting (thank you, Alex). We were given a table with a great view of the Toronto Blue Jays indoor stadium (too bad they weren’t playing). The Sportsnet Grill lighting is not too bright making an early breakfast easy on the eyes and mind. The buffet had plenty of tasty breakfast items (fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, bread, etc.) for all diets. Perfect for the start of a beautiful Toronto day. Alex offered juice, fresh coffee and water and we enjoyed the friendly service. We ate there twice. It was a great way and location to start our vacation.

This is a great restaurant with amazing food and OUTSTANDING service. We stayed at the Marriott City Centre for a few days and had a few meals at this restaurant and enjoyed every one of them. I had a baby with me and the servers were really nice and accommodating. Alex was amazing!! He made sure we were comfortable and went beyond and above. That man deserves a raise or a promotion because he is what made the experience so special. Thanks Alex!!

This time it was pretty empty and therefore I expected the service to be faster but it was not. I ordered a pretty standard dish with fritters but it was overdone. Even for a a sports’s restaurant, I expected more food options than I found there.
Unless you go there during a game to experience the great atmosphere of the Stadium I would not select it as one of my choices.

I came to Toronto on just another business trip, when I arrived the staff at the Marriott and in particular the Sportsbet Grill were incredibly welcoming.

Alex from the Sportsnet Grill is everything you ever look for in a person to represent your business. Unbelievably professional, polite and went over and above to make me feel welcome over my 3 day stay. I would employ him in my business if he were closer to Australia.

I spend 6 months of the year travelling internationally, I’m a pretty hard critic and rarely write recommendations. This place exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning.
