The tea cookies are a family recipe of the owner, Maria. She is an amazing woman who runs this beautiful European bakery with love and style. She was very friendly and puts her heart into her work. We had the Napoleons, which were beyond wonderful and large enough to share. Everything is well done here, so don’t miss this place!

When I am visiting Toronto it is a must to have lunch and fill up with all the poppy seed you can .

This place is mostly a bakery with Eastern European treats (mostly Polish) but also has a hot table to the side serving a few daily dishes. The eating area is a bit cramped, but the customers all seem to make it work. A decent place for some Polish home cooking.

Absolutely love this place and always stop in when in the neighbourhood (or make a special trip there). Every item we've tried is fabulous! Make sure to stop in for lunch as the savoury items are just as good! Warms this Ukrainian girl's heart :)

We had an amazing experience ordering a cake for our daughter's birthday, who is away from home. The cake was so beautiful and she liked it so much! It really made her day!
