This Tower was at one point the tallest in world but still its view and height are marveling! Once at the top the view is spectacular! Try going on a day when it is not cloudy or foggy so that you are able to see everything for miles. If you are afraid of heights I recommend not going because the Elevators up are glass so you can see everything as you go up. Also there is a glass floor section when you are at the top and you may walk over it if you choose too but again if your afraid of heights don't look down!

The souvenir shop is great with a wide variety of gifts and trinkets and the price to go up is well worth it.

The Restaurant at the top is very pricey and reservations must be made.

I remember visiting the CN Tower just after it opened in the mid 70's and wondering how long it would last as the World's tallest free standing structure. I never thought it would hold that distinction for over three decades. It is a marvel of engineering and even though I have been to the CN Tower to many times to remember it never ceases to bring a sense of awe. How could we have built this incredible structure? Well every time a visitor comes to Toronto , they always ask to go to the CN Tower and I am never bored going along with them. The restaurant is worth going to just for the view and the food is pretty good too. Another must see for visitors and residents alike.

While the views can be spectacular, the nickle-and-diming can get to you quickly. A simple family outing can easily end up costing $100+. And don;t even think about eating in the revolving restaurant. The food is cooked below and the quality is mediocre at best.
I honestly don't plan on returning. The view simply isn't worth the price charged.
