Stayed here 5 nights during a conference in downtown Toronto.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The bar looking over Rogers Field was nice.
Room was just okay. Whole hotel definitely in need of a renovation. Dirty carpets, fading, chipped paint and fixtures. Noisy heating/aircon. Toilet plugged and wouldn't drain correctly even after 2 calls to maintenance.
Restaurant staff not very good. Slow and not very helpful. Sometimes rude. Seemed like the staff not really interested in their jobs.
Being part of the Rogers Center isn't enough to make up for deficiencies.
