“Wonderful exhibits”
Reviewed 8 March 2012

This place is a gem. Lots of beautiful exhibits. The Old Masters gallery is stunning. My only complaint is the haphazard way Paul Peel's painting are jumbled together. Some are too high to see. A very disrepectful treatment for a wonderful artist.

“A real treasure in Toronto”

The AGO is stunning architecturally, but also displays a great amount of local and international art in a great environment. It makes 'art' accessible and fun.

“Revitalize Your Tour Worn Soul”
Reviewed 6 March 2012

The exhibits, the architecture, the restaurant, the guided tours, the lectures, the special exhibts, the surrounding location and pubs -- all make this a wonderful place to spend a few days. Yes, this place is huge and can't be properly done in just one day -- so plan a few days for a proper visit. You'll love it. Even if you are exhausted from doing touristy things -- it is well worth a visit. It will give you new vitality. Don't miss it!

This is a great place for anyone interested in visual art. There is an interesting modern art exibit that you should definitely see if you go. They also feature special exibits from time to time so check you their website.
