Our Knowledgable waiter understood the menu and wine list and provided helpful advice. The room is not exceptional but certainly comfortable and the food is Greek in style but modern in presentation. Could not fault the cooking and it was promptly delivered. Not mind blowing but very happy to eat there and good value.

Visited in March (2018) for an early dinner. We picked the theatre menu (3 courses, fix price). I had the horiatiki salad (the vegetables were not fresh, probably leftovers from lunch), Black sesame wild Pacific salmon with spanakorizo: it was good, no complains; and pressed Greek yogurt with fresh berries and honey (the blackberries were fine but the 1 quartered strawberry was not fresh (probably from the day before). Service: courteous and very professional. Ambiance: OK, but didn't look Greek. Well located in downtown Toronto.

If you’re looking for the standard Greek souvlaki and pita dishes this isn’t the place for you.

This is my second time at Estiatorio VOLOS but this time with my family and we all throughly enjoyed it. However it is a bit pricey. Main dishes for lunch run about $22 on upwards.

The lunch crowd is mostly business people from nearby law offices and financial district so be prepared to dress up a bit if you plan on having lunch there.

Atmosphere is classy and modern. The wait staff extremely attentive and friendly.

The highly recommend this place especially if you want to Impress someone.

We made reservations to the restaurant with another couple. It’s a very welcoming, classy place. The staff made you very comfortable and they were helpful as well. We were able to get the 3 course pre Theater special which ended up being a great choice.
Food was excellent and nicely presented.
Would certainly return.

I visited the restaurant back in January during a business trip. The staff was extremely courteous; we were well received as soon as we entered the restaurant by the kind manager Tasso. Our server was very informative about the menu & he made very good suggestions for food & wine. I definetely recommend the delicious exohico as a starter & the very tasteful Fisherman’s stew. We ranted about the restaurant to our coworkers the following day & they visited in the next week & equally had a similar/ great experience. The recipes are very authentic with a well balanced yet modern twist, well done team Volos!!!
