I did the online Chocolate tour conducted by Audrey. It was well arranged even we were not physically together. Audrey sent us the Tasty Tour chocolate before hand. The tour is both interesting and educational. We have 4 different chocolate from different source and beans. In addition the cacao beans also presented to us in raw - in the form of bean after fermentation. Also bean with shelf removed, crushed and roasted. So basically the tour walk us from the start of the raw materials process differentiating the ethic of the various countries producing the beans, as well as the quality of the cacao beans use by commercial mass produced or specialised source. This make us more aware and now i will look to support fair trade and responsible source. We savour 4 types of chocolate which are from different beans bearing different senses. It is a delightful hour spent. And Audrey can manage well questions from all her participants. Well done Audrey, and Thank You!

My family of three joined from Nikko, Tokyo. Absolute eye opener on dark chocolate from different part of the world, we are shipped a box of these various chocolate sample in advance and Audrey explain each characteristic and taste in detail. I am impressed on her encyclopedic information in sweets, and her assistant Sophia is absolutely adorable, too cute!!

The guide (Odile) was patient, informative, and pleasant. In addition to the food, we got a good overview of the history of the Kensington and changing demographics, and subsequent influence on the culture. We visited 5-6 places where we sampled foods from different regions (Egyptian, Jewish, Jamaica, Korean?, Mexican). The trip was about 2 hrs in duration and involves walking from site to site around Kensington.

Odile provided a great tour of the market. There were a lot of different foods that we were able to try. We actually stayed in the market after since there is so many different things there. I would recommend this tour. It is not a hard walk around the market.

The guide (Damian) was excellent, and the location wonderful. I don't expect to enjoy all the food on a food tour and certainly this was a little too meaty/seafoody for my taste, but the borek and the pattie were delicious. I'll certainly be headed back to Kensington Market in the near future and so the tour definitely did a good job!
