First off - wear your eating pants. Seriously. Arrive hungry and leave extremely well-fed! The tour is about 2.5 hours and combines food, history and sight-seeing in a truly unique part of the city - Kensington Market. Our guide, Clair, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city's food scene and history of the area. There was a focus on Ontario products, whenever possible. Throughout the tour we had bread, danish, cheese, pizza, Mexican tortas, charcuterie, Belgian waffles and artisanal popcorn. And a cocktail! There was time to explore each location we stopped at and chat with people working there. Well worth your time and money.
