We had a wonderful evening at Tapas at Embrujo on the Danforth, enjoying tasty tapas--gazpacho, walnut and goat cheese salad, Iberico platter of thinly sliced meats--a glass of sangria, beer, and a large skillet of Paella Bomba to share. No room for dessert but the small glass of dark Spanish sherry was a perfect end to our meal. A talented duo of guitarist and singer/flamenco dancer performed an authentic set while we ate. We lingered over the meal for 3 hours. This restaurant is relatively small and has an intimate atmosphere. Recommended.

Small restaurant, nice atmosphere, service was great, server was very helpful..... Tapas were good.......Had the Paella Bomba, tasty but extremely salty, could not finish. Also tried the Fideua, noodles were actually elbow macaroni also tasty and could not finish because of salt..... Ordered mojitos which were overpriced considering our glass was half full. Noticed another table with mojitos and the glasses were three quarters full...... Sangria was very tasty but also overpriced....... Guitar player was fabulous, very talented, dancer was good but loud for a small space.....Overall evening was wonderful as we were with great friends celebrating an anniversary.....

Since stumbling upon this restaurant a few months ago it has become my new favourite. I am sharing this place with all my friends and that love it now too. The red wine sangria is excellent as it all the dishes - I have not had anything on the menu that disappointed yet and I have been 5 times so I think I have covered almost all of the menu. Warning: the live entertainment is very loud but she is so beautifully talented and the show is brief so it is worth it. Try to sit in the corner or by the window if you think you'll be bothered by the stomping of the flamenco. Staff is lovely - every single one of them. This is a perfect date night restaurant. It is pretty perfect in every way.

Although I have rated it average, we had an excellent time .... it is more of a nightspot for drinks & tapas, of which there are a good variety.Entrees are available as well. We had drinks, several tapas & ordered a large paella to share. The food was all good- we all had our favourites .. with lots of fish. Our reason for choosing this restaurant was that it is billed authentic Spanish food and as Flameco Dancing as the entertainment. The dancer was indeed the real deal...she has a dance school above the restaurant. The guitar player was excellent as well. We enjoyed the evening along with family which included 2 young grand-daughters immensely! The facility is quite plain. I would suggest being familiar with Spanish cuisine in order to navigate the menu. Wait staff were very pleasant, obliging, & efficient.

We received a groupon from our daughter for tapas at embryo. We had never done a tapas meal before and would recommend it highly.
Goat cheese and walnut salad - yummy, mushrooms in butter and garlic - little to much salt but very tasty-
Meat and cheese board very good, paella bomba excellent and Mucho gusto.
Wait staff were attendant, but not overpowering.
Flamenco entertainment was very passionate.
