This condo is located in a prime location at the very northern end of Yonge Street, close to the waterfront, shopping, public transportation and numerous restaurants. It's also extremely convenient to get on and off the Gardner Expressway from this location. Price wise I considered it a great value. It was slightly cheaper and infinitely nicer than the Holiday Inn Bloor, where I stayed immediately prior to this trip.
The condo itself was exceptionally clean and functional. It's description and the photos presented here on tripadvisor (through whom I booked) were entirely accurate, though as a point of clarification the condo does indeed sleep three but there was only one bed. Upon request Trish will set up an air mattress in the living room (but it is a rather nice air mattress).
The view looks out to the east and north. To the east you're looking at a parking lot and another building, but look to the north and you get a great view of Lake Ontario. Parking was available at no charge in a secure underground garage. Make sure you let Trish know ahead of time if you need to park.
I'll definitely stay here again if it's available during my next trip to Toronto.

Very comfortable and in a great location. Trish was very accommodating. Highly recommend this as a place to use as a home base when visiting downtown Toronto.

Nicely appointed apartment very near waterfront . City skyline views . Local shop provides all you need for meals or snacks . Owner very efficient with communication before and during the stay . Plenty of space for 2 and kitchen we'll equipped for cooking . Has indoor and outdoor pool to use too . Toronto is unfortunately having loads of construction work going on , which makes the city less enjoyable . Recommend going to Niagra on BG tours , and the islands on the local boat for $7 each .
