The rooms are nicely laid out, with a small balcony. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are so-so for quiet (if there is noise in the hallway, you will feel like you right beside them). Terribly slow check-in. You should bring a novel, smartphone or equivalent just in case there is someone in front of you. The hotel uses Moxies as its restaurant. Consider finding a different restaurant for breakfast. You won't regret it. The lobby is tastefully decorated. Parking can be problematic likely because the Moxies guests compete with hotel guests for parking. Not a bad choice, if you have a short stay. For a longer stay, consider a hotel with a better restaurant.

Being close to the airport, our hotel receives a lot of traffic from both hotel guests, visitors and restaurant patrons. For this reason, I apologize if you had to wait in line to check-in or that our parking lot is busy. We will do all that we can to serve all of our guests in a timely manner. Stayed here with my family during an overnight leg of our journey to the Caribbean. Very nice hotel with a handy shop for a few nibbles. Our room was fine with a comfy bed and Starbucks percolator for coffee in the morning. Would stay here again.

I'm glad to see that you found our hotel to be conveniently close to the airport. As a convenience to travelers, we also offer 24 hour complimentary shuttle. Our rooms are spacious and we do have a Starbucks and Moxie's Grill & Bar onsite for added convenience.

My partner and I overnighted in this hotel recently as we had an early flight to Cuba the following morning. In the rush to make the 4.00 am shuttle I did not do my usual check to ensure I had all my belongings with me. It was only when on the flight that I remembered that I had left my expensive, almost new nightdress from the White Company London on the towel rail in the bathroom. Internet access is poor in Cuba so I was unable to open the link to contact the hotel and therefore asked a friend to email them on my behalf to the effect I would be returning two weeks later and would collect it then. This email received no response. On my return to Toronto I rang them to arrange collection and was advised that no item had been logged against the room. I was informed that their policy for Lost and Found is to retain items for up to three months. As a result of this incident I would suggest that they review their logging policy. In the meantime I would encourage other travellers to exercise more vigilance than I did so they don't pay the same price.

The Sandman property has quickly become our favourite.
This last stay really topped the scale.
Could not have been more perfect. Our room 1404 was absolutely amazing.
Front desk staff and management are true professionals.
Even the breakfast at Movies was great.
Hold the room, we will be back!

No more free parking, over 200 per night with parking ,not a problem ,however this hotel has a big problem PARKING.
There is none ,to check in I search for 20 min. Went out to dinner drove around for an hour to get a space when I came back.
Totally unacceptable when your now paying for the parking, you should have to hang a permit from your mirror or be towed
The room was really nice ,bed was comfortable.

Due to the demand on our parking we have started to enforce our parking charges that have been in place for a number of years.
As an airport hotel, with the very popular Moxie's restaurants on site, the demand on parking at our hotel has gone up. We have put measures in place to ensure that hotel guest are not effected by parking issues.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and please know that we are continuously working on solutions to benefit all our guest.
