Biff's Bistro offers some very nice (and authentic) French dishes. The service was very good and overall we enjoyed the restaurant quite well. However, while the food was pretty decent, it was missing that last little something to make it outstanding. My girlfriend and I each had three courses, which all tasted fine, but not well enough to be truly memorable. For a restaurant that offers "fine French cuisine" I had expected a little more from the chef than this "slightly above average" food experience.
