“What a view!....But a lot of disappointment too”
Reviewed July 28, 2018 for a stay in July 2018

Great location and awesome view. It's a small condo, which was expected and just fine. Pejman (the manager, not the owner) was a great help and had to put up with a lot of inconvenience because the previous renter lost the one and only key fob.
This meant we were not able to enter the building without dialling up Pejman. Luckily, he was there 95% of the time to let us in. We had one occasion where we had a wait until someone else was entering the building (dodgy!).
No fob also meant no Swimming pool access all week nor spa pool access. This was one of the reasons for our choosing this location. My teenagers were most disappointed.
Also, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported this and was told that it was broken and not to touch it. Disappointing.
We found a pile of someone's boxer shorts and fingernails behind the sofa on the window. We did some dusting as some of the areas had not been dusted in months and months.
Beds were acceptable. Washrooms were fine and plentiful. Washing machine and dryer was a great help and worked beautifully.
We were not expecting Hotel standard but we expected the promised pool, spa, dishwasher, and building access to be delivered.
Pejman forwarded my letter of complaint to the owner weeks ago and we have heard nothing in return.
I would hesitate to recommend this place, especially with the strict NO refund policy. We had a good time but could have a had a great time and value for money if they had delivered the minimum suggested.

Fantastic views from the 50th floor overlooking Downtown Toronto, the CN Tower (amazing) and the Rogers Arena and Aquarium. In the heart of everything you can walk to all the major attractions and a short walk to union station for all transport links including the subway and a nice stroll to the harbour front and the ferry to the islands. Enjoyable and memorable 10 night stay. Comfortable beds with 2 bedrooms and highly recommend for 4 people. Reza the owner was very helpful ahead of our trip and also his friend mr pejman who welcomed us outside the apartment on our arrival. You can't beat those views of the CN Tower.

Great 2 BR, 2 bath condo on the 50th floor with great view of the CN Tower and downtownToronto. You are in the center of it all-great restaurants like the Taste of India and the Sunset Grill, ferry to Toronto Island, and Ripley’s Aquarium. Host answered our questions and responded quickly. Toronto is a wonderful city and we will be back.

“Great location, fantastic views”

The flat (or Condo for the American readers) was great. Amazing views and the location was really good to visit most things in Toronto. The pool and hot tub in the building, is a bonus and ideal to rest your limbs after all the walking you will do around the fabulous lake shoreline. Pejman (Rezas mate/buddy) is really helpful and a top bloke and after a long flight from the UK, he was really helpful in seeing that we were well informed and settled in the flat. Yes you may stub your toes on the furniture a few times, as the flat is not the largest as per other reviews, but trust me the view and the location is worth it. I would here visit again.

“Wonderful!”

This condo was in a perfect location - just a short walk to the aquarium, the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre, restaurants and a market. We walked everywhere. The view from the condo was amazing. The city lights (especially the colorful lights of the CN Tower) were absolutely beautiful!
There were a few incidentals that were missing - paper towels (which we purchased) and dish towels.
It would be nice to have some Toronto information in the condo - perhaps a guide book that includes a street map.
Overall, our experience was wonderful. Reza was easy to work with and her friend who met us upon arrival was extremely helpful throughout our stay when we asked for suggestions on where to shop and eat.
We hope to return in the near future and highly recommend this condo!

“Location location. ”

This condo is in the best location. We walked everywhere! The view from the 50th floor was gorgeous! The property is still under some construction (lobby and entrance) but when this is done, will be fabulous!
