I stayed at the Quality Inn on the Hill over Canada Day weekend '06. The first impression of the room was decent, however, a party of 12 young adults began partying and smoking in the halls. They broke into a breaker box and were switching the lights for all rooms on the 3rd floor on and off. This, although reported several times, went unanswered by management. Later, a fire alarm was pulled (false alarm of course). Later, at approximately 3 am, we were awaken by knocking from a group of young men who wanted to put their friend (who was passed out) in our room (to clarify, we in NO WAY knew these people.) When we refused, they began banging on out door every 15 mins. The police eventually has to be called but the guests stayed. Management admitted it was the THIRD TIME they had to call the police but nothing was done. The harrasement continued at 9:30 until we changed buildings. After speaking with others guests that night, we were not alone in our plight. This hotel did not make me feel the least bit safe, let alone comfertable. I will not return.
