Clean room with spacious bathroom. Good beds if not a bit too much pillow top.
Good number of outlets and all amenities worked well (TV refrigerator etc.).
Fairly pricey for this level of hotel though.

Great location and we were we lucky enough to stay in one of their heritage homes they converted for hotel use. I would defined stay there again if we could stay in one of these rooms!!
As for Quality Inn policy - I’m not sure why they charge their customers a $100 incidental fee to begin their stay. Seems strange to me when a credit card is used to book the room.

First time staying at this hotel and will not be returning. We were there to celebrate a surprise birthday getaway and were very disappointed. We checked into the hotel and realized when we got to the rooms that it was not the room types that were reserved. We spoke to the front Desk who stated that they gave our room types away and didn't bother to notify us. They were rude and unhelpful and basically told us we had no choice as the hotel was sold out. There were large stains on the carpet and the room was very dusty. To our surprise the sheets in one of the beds was stained and dirty. Luckily there was another bed in the room as it was midnight and the hotel was sold out. The breakfast area is not kept up as it was very messy and crowded with no staff to be found.

This hotel is located pretty close to where you want to go in Charlottetown. You'll still need a car to get to the attractions, but it's a short ride. The hotel is well maintained, clean and provides all the essential amenities. Bathroom is spacious. Buffet breakfast has great choices(although, I would have liked bacon to be one of those choices- oh well). Staff is friendly.
We had a double room which came with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Coffee and tea is provided.
I have only one complaint- lack of electrical outlets. In the main room, there are only two. One behind the nightstand which had the clock and the lamp plugged into it. One next to the desk, which had the tv, cable box, lamp, and fridge plugged into it. These were all plugged into some sort of multi plug thing that had two outlets remaining, of which there was only space to use one as long as what you were plugging in was a standard plug and not a phone charger, which is too wide. Given there were two of us, we were unable to plug in our laptops for charging at the same time, or anything else. We had to use the bathroom outlets to charge our phones and camera batteries. Given that it would be too difficult to rewire the place for today's multitude of gadgets, perhaps some power bars would be the way to go.

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights. Absolutely wonderful! ! The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great time in PEI.
